Job summary

MPI is seeking Traveling Assistant Superintendents for nationwide travel to join a leading cleanroom design and construction firm. You will assist the superintendent, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, manage site logistics, and support documentation across pharma, biotech, and semiconductor projects.

Ideal candidates have 0–5+ years as a GC superintendent, OSHA 30 preferred, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 0–5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC.
• Open to any project types; clean rooms not required.
• OSHA 30 preferred; Builders license is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations and coordination of subcontractors.
• Supporting enforcement of site safety protocols and safety walks/inspections.
• Coordinating site logistics, material deliveries, equipment, and workforce activities.
• Assisting with subcontractor meetings, daily huddles, and monitoring project schedule progress.
• Maintaining site setup, security, organization, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Supporting project docs including daily reports, inspections, permits, RFIs, punch lists, and as-builts.
