Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States, with Salt Lake City, UT as the location and extensive travel across the U.S. You will install, service, and repair medical equipment at facilities, maintaining detailed records and collaborating with R&D and Operations teams.

You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, stay current on Laborie products, and ensure service levels are met while coordinating travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Technical College degree with at least 2 years of field service experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; familiarity with PC OS and networks.
• Ability to travel 4–5 days per week and work remotely from home.
• Clinical experience in hospital/medical device setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site equipment installations, maintenance checks, and repairs.
• Analyze root causes and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain accurate service records in the ticketing system.
• Stay knowledgeable about Laborie product line and industry tech.
• Adhere to Laborie service levels to meet customer expectations.
• Arrange travel to complete scheduled visits.
