Intermountain Electronics (IE) is seeking a Traveling - Field Service Technician (Electrical) for the Western Region. The role reports to the Regional Service Manager and involves deployment inspections, start-up, preventative maintenance, and warranty services.

This home-based position requires about 80% travel to customer sites, with work performed on-site and limited work from home. Excellent benefits and a company vehicle are included.

Formación

• Electrical/Mechanical/Commissioning or Assembly background with 3+ years' field experience.
• Journeyman Electrician or HVAC/Commissioning certification/license.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work extended hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and test field equipment per specs.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical/controls malfunctions and perform warranty repairs.
• Perform start-up, preventive maintenance, and QA/QC resolution for IE products.
• Travel extensively within the Western/National region and support overseas when required.
• Document problems, steps taken, and parts used for service reports.
