Job summary

Russells Technical Products is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform field installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance across customer sites. The role includes training customers on proper operation and maintenance, troubleshooting refrigeration/electronics systems, and maintaining detailed service records.

The position requires at least 2 years of refrigeration/HVAC experience, knowledge of single-stage refrigeration, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration or HVAC/R.
• Solid understanding of single-stage refrigeration.
• Knowledge of cascade refrigeration is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installations and start-ups, preventative maintenance, and inspections to verify product conformance with specifications.
• Conduct training for product users on operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate refrigeration, electronics, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and coordinate service calls.
• Maintain vehicle logs, service reports and travel expenses.
