Job summary

Russells Technical Products seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform field installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, and performance testing at customer sites across the region. After a 2–4 week training period at our Holland, Michigan facility, you will travel to customer facilities to install, train users, and ensure products operate per specifications.

You will troubleshoot refrigeration, electronics, and electro-mechanical systems, document service activity, maintain travel logs,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration or HVAC/R.
• EPA Universal Certificate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installations, start-ups, preventative maintenance, and performance testing at customer sites.
• Conduct training for product users on operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate refrigeration/electronic/electro-mechanical systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and coordinate service calls.
