Job summary

Russells Technical Products is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform field installations, start-ups and preventive maintenance with strict adherence to specifications. After completing a 2–4 week training program at our Holland, Michigan facility, you will travel to customer sites up to four nights per week.

You will train users, troubleshoot refrigeration, electronics and electro-mechanical systems, and maintain detailed service and travel logs while building strong customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration or HVAC/R.
• Solid understanding of single stage refrigeration; cascade refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
• EPA Universal Certificate preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance and performance tests.
• Train product users on operation and maintenance of our systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate refrigeration, electronics and electro-mechanical components.
• Maintain customer relationships, coordinate service calls, and oversee preventive maintenance contracts.
• Maintain vehicle logs, travel schedules and travel expense reports.
