Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, upgrade, start‑up and maintain Honeywell automation systems at customer sites in Hawaii and nearby regions.

You will diagnose complex control systems, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver on-site training while coordinating with customers and internal teams. The role requires travel up to 60%, on-call coverage, and strong problem solving to maximize system reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1+ year in engineering/technical field or military electronics background preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work on-call.
• Experience with Windows OS and diagnostic tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance, upgrades, startup, and commissioning for Honeywell QCS/EPKS/DCS platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex control systems and software.
• Mentor peers and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.
