Job summary

IsoTalent is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the US, Mexico, Canada, and Europe from Bethlehem, PA. You will install, diagnose, and repair advanced press and handling systems, traveling to sites and working directly with customers to keep production lines running.

The role requires 3–5+ years of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge and an associate's degree in Mechatronics or related field, with the ability to read schematics and travel

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally.
• 3-5+ years of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge for on-site troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems/components and CNC equipment operation.
• Associate's degree in Mechatronics or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong active listening and learning skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel across US, Mexico, Canada, and occasionally Europe to install, diagnose, and repair systems.
• Identify and understand equipment issues with customers.
• Diagnose problems across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform repairs to restore equipment to full operation.
• Document services performed and keep work areas safe.
