Job summary

ProAutomated Inc. is a field-based engineering team that supports automation projects across North America, with no fixed office and a focus on customer-driven solutions.

Starting salary is $60,000–$75,000, depending on location, education, and experience. You’ll receive per diem, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing growth through training and merit raises, with travel rotations that keep you moving and learning.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home.
• Experience or training in electrical systems and automation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data center startups with on-site mechanical, electrical, and control checks.
• Lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with automation engineers to test and validate systems on-site.
• Provide clear updates to customers and project teams to keep progress on track.
• Travel on rotation schedules: 5 on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, or 14 on/7 off.
