Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to deliver reliable services across multiple client sites in the United States.

You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic upgrades to building systems, with a company van and tools provided. The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting, plus strong safety practices and ability to document work orders using tablets or laptops.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years mechanical experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• HS diploma or equivalent in Landscaping/Trades preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance (unclog toilets, repair leaks, etc.).
• Paints and does carpentry to maintain facilities.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed by state law.
• Completes service and asset inspections.
• Uses tablet/phone to submit work orders, reports, timesheets, and procurement.
• Provides customer satisfaction and maintains communications with client.
• Attends safety training and meetings.
• Provides estimates for larger projects onsite.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
