Job summary

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant construction or field experience.
- Willingness to travel and work 100% onsite.
- Proficiency with project documentation and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdiction requirements.
Responsibilities
- Document control: manage RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, meeting minutes and distribution.
- Support site operations: track materials, installation plans, schedules, and progress.
- Financial support: review reports, draft purchase orders, assist with change orders.
- Subcontractor coordination, quality, safety: ensure compliance and onboardings, track corrective actions.
