Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of construction or field engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or pursuing licensure.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and field coordination.
• Experience interpreting electrical drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical resource on active jobsites.
• Review electrical designs and validate installations during construction.
• Act as liaison between engineering, construction teams, clients, vendors, and partner firms.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Lead small projects and coordinate across engineering disciplines.
• Support project pursuits with PMs and estimators on proposals.
• Mentor team members through delegation and technical guidance.
