Job summary

Semper Tek Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent / Field Manager II to oversee mid-size, moderately complex construction projects from start to finish with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role supports traveling and on-site field leadership across the United States. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of autonomous project management experience, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to read complex federal contracts while coordinating with subcontractors

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience autonomously managing construction projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
• First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret federal contract documents.
• Knowledge of federal safety requirements, including EM385.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-size construction projects and oversee total construction efforts.
• Ensure projects adhere to contract documents, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Oversee all project safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain jobsite safety meeting OSHA/EM385 standards and Semper Tek safety program.
• Coordinate field activities and inspect with government officials.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor project costs with the PM.
