Qualifications

Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram forms of instructions.
Must have working knowledge of MS Word and email systems.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Perform repairs on mechanical apparatus and systems as needed.
Document work results in the CMMS system.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
