Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Valid driver's license and Fork truck operator's license required.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram forms of instructions.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Word and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform repairs on mechanical apparatus and systems as needed.
• Document work results in the CMMS system.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
