Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Carpenter to maintain and improve facilities across the Mississippi market. You will perform carpentry, finish work, and structural maintenance, traveling regionally and leading or collaborating on renovation projects as needed.

The role requires independence, craftsmanship, and accountability, with a day shift that may include evenings, overtime, and overnight stays. Strong problem-solving and client interaction are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 4 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for general operation, installation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform skilled carpentry projects including framing, door installations, drywall finishing, millwork, flooring, and ceilings.
• Read blueprints and specifications to ensure work meets codes and CBRE standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver on work orders and repairs.
