CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Carpenter to maintain and improve facilities across assigned regions. You’ll perform carpentry, finish work, and structural maintenance, supporting operation, safety, and client standards.

Travel regionally with overnight stays may be required; strong independence and craftsmanship are essential. You’ll lead daily upkeep, drywall finishing, door and floor installations, painting, and electrical touch-ups, collaborating with teams to deliver reliable repairs

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with up to 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience reading construction drawings and layouts.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform carpentry, finish work, and structural maintenance across facilities.
• Read blueprints and ensure work meets CBRE standards.
• Install interior doors, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry.
• Lead or collaborate on renovation and repair projects.
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices on site.
