American Repair Maintenance seeks a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Corpus Christi, TX to deliver high-standard commercial maintenance across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and flooring. You will join a supportive team working to meet client expectations with professionalism and accountability.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, a high school diploma or vocational certification, and willingness to travel up to 2000 miles

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s).
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to read assembly and blueprint drawings.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of accountability and align with company mission, vision and values.
• Complete service tickets in designated territory with high quality and timely execution.
• Maintain professional communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, and office staff; document progress.
• Drive up to 500-2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage reimbursement.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including on-call, overnight, and weekend assignments; some travel.
