Job summary

American Repair Maintenance (ARM) seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Memphis, TN. You will execute commercial maintenance across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and more, reading blueprints and delivering quality work with minimal supervision.

The role requires 7+ years’ experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and licenses/certifications preferred. Expect travel, a dynamic culture, and a strong team environment with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• General contractor license, electrical license, or trade certifications preferred.
• Able to read assembly and blueprint drawings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality commercial maintenance within designated territory.
• Communicate clearly with lead technicians, supervisors, and office staff.
• Follow safety policies and complete service tickets on time.
• Drive up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites while on flexible schedule.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and use tools producing up to 200 lbs of torque.
