Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) seeks an entry-level maintenance team member to learn and perform tasks across trades, including construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The role supports safety and operations for students, faculty, staff, and the public, rotating among LECOM facilities as needed.

• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to inspect facilities for safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to operate and assist with a variety of trade equipment (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to collaborate with site personnel, coordinate work, and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with site personnel and subcontractors to schedule and coordinate work activities.
• Inspects facilities and systems to ensure safety and identify repairs.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs building components and equipment.
• Maintains tools and equipment, documents work orders and repair records.
• Responds to emergencies and supports preventive maintenance programs.
• Be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
