Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC (HHS) is seeking a friendly, compassionate EVS leader to direct environmental service programs across our facilities. You will lead a high‑performing team, foster a safe, clean, and patient‑centered environment, and collaborate with facility leaders to meet quality standards.

Must live in Springfield, MO and be willing to travel 100% between locations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and budget awareness, with opportunities for advancement

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Experience in environmental services, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to relocate for future career advancement opportunities.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience managing multiple locations or teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, labor management, and operational budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing EVS team across multiple locations.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Collaborate with facility leaders and leadership to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor customer and patient satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
• Analyze operational data to support facility and budget goals.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust quality control systems and budgets.
