HHS, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Services (EVS) leader to oversee a high-performing team across multiple facilities in the St. Louis area.

The role requires building a positive work environment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance, and traveling extensively to support operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years managing both salaried and hourly staff, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Experience in healthcare support or environmental services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with employees, facility leaders, and clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and other computer software.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; 100% travel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing EVS team across multiple locations in the St. Louis area.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across facilities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with facility leaders to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor customer and patient satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
• Analyze operational data to support budgets and compliance.
• Develop and monitor quality control systems and budgets.
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to EVS teams.
• Travel extensively between facilities.
