Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our housekeeping team. You will direct all Environmental Service Programs during the shift and work to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients across multiple St. Louis area facilities.

This role requires 100% travel between locations, managing both salaried and hourly staff, and ensuring OSHA and Joint Commission standards are met. Relocation and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, healthcare, or related industry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing EVS team across multiple locations in the St. Louis area.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment built on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met across facilities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to support operational excellence.
• Travel extensively between facilities to support operations and team development.
• Monitor customer and patient satisfaction and implement improvements.
