Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking an Equipment Specialist II (Traveler) to manage mega-site equipment rental programs and support the equipment & temporary services business across projects nationwide. Regular travel (>50%) is required as you cover openings and coverage for extended absences.

You will partner with customers and vendors, prepare bid packages, and provide pricing and specs while maintaining fleet records and ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment rental, supply chain, or construction.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute mega-site equipment rental programs for Next 150 across projects.
• Support equipment and temporary services on site.
• Utilize KPIs for day-to-day decisions and advise leadership.
• Handle purchasing, fleet & inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations.
• Provide customers/vendors with pricing, availability, and specs.
