Next 150 Construction is seeking an Equipment Specialist II (Traveler) to support mega-site equipment rental programs nationwide. The role focuses on the equipment component of the project scope, fleet and inventory management, and close collaboration with customers and vendors.

Regular travel is required, and the position emphasizes KPI-driven decisions, bid package preparation, and continuous improvement across procurement and service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment rental, supply chain, or construction.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute mega-site equipment rental programs for Next 150 on site.
• Handle equipment component of Next 150’s scope.
• Use KPIs to inform leadership decisions.
• Perform purchasing, fleet & inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations.
• Provide pricing, availability and specifications to customers and vendors.
• Prepare equipment and service bid packages.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Travel as needed (>50%).
