Job summary

Next 150 Construction, a Gilbane Building Company subsidiary, seeks an Equipment Specialist II (Traveler) to support nationwide equipment and temporary services for mega-site projects. Regular travel (>50%) is required to cover new projects and extended absences.

Responsibilities include fleet and inventory management, pricing and specs with customers and vendors, bid package preparation, and resolving equipment and billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment rental, supply chain, or construction.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Execute mega-site equipment rental programs.
• Oversee equipment component of Next 150’s on-site scope.
• Use KPIs for day-to-day decisions and leadership communication.
• Handle purchasing, fleet & inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations.
• Partner with customers to provide equipment solutions.
• Prepare equipment and service bid packages.
