Next 150 Construction, a subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, is seeking an Equipment Specialist II (Traveler) to support Consolidated Equipment Solution programs nationwide. This role will handle day-to-day operations of equipment and temporary services on projects, with regular travel required.

You will manage fleet, inventory, scheduling, billing, and vendor relations, prepare bid packages, provide pricing and specs, and monitor maintenance and warranties.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• 3+ years in equipment rental, supply chain, or construction.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience acceptable.

Mansioni

• Execute mega-site equipment rental programs for Next 150.
• Support equipment fleet, inventory management, scheduling, billing.
• Provide pricing, availability, and specs to customers.
• Prepare bid packages and manage vendor relations.
• Track fleet maintenance, repairs, and warranties.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support safety.
• Travel >50% to support projects nationwide.
