Job summary

Gastroenterology of the Rockies seeks a Float Endoscopy RN to travel among Lafayette, Longmont, and Boulder Endoscopy Centers. The role supports physicians during procedures, provides patient prep and recovery care, and helps train Endoscopy technicians.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires an active RN license and ability to cover multiple locations across the Denver area. Location flexibility, strong patient advocacy, and adherence to safety and infection control are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; GI experience preferred.
• RN degree (2 or 4 year) required.
• Strong teamwork and communication with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Experience or familiarity with Intergy or similar medical software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to North ASC and other Endoscopy centers as needed.
• Assist physicians during procedures and provide prep and recovery care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.
• Train Endoscopy technicians and support center operations.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with the care team to optimize center efficiency.
