Job summary

Banner Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Endoscopy Department at North Colorado Medical Center – Loveland Campus. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling for experienced RNs in a high-quality care setting.

The ideal candidate will hold Colorado RN licensure (or compact state eligibility), BLS/CPR certification, and 1–2 years of RN experience, preferably in endoscopy or GI.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Colorado or compact state eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience, preferably in endoscopy/GI.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care.
