Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant in Round Rock, TX to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will assist with patient care, office and laboratory duties, prepare patients for examinations, and help maintain a clean, sterile environment.

You will also escort patients, participate in team huddles, and coordinate with front desk staff to keep orthodontic schedules running smoothly. Local travel to multiple offices is required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state-m mandated certification/licensure.
• Travel to multiple offices per day, sometimes several times, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per state Dental Auxiliaries Table of Permitted Duties.
• Assist clinicians and prepare patients for treatment.
• Maintain sterile environment and prepare tray setups for procedures.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians.
• Keep patients informed and ensure efficient patient care.
