Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician. Ideal candidates are experienced low-voltage technicians who enjoy travel and serving clients on-site.

The role requires extensive travel, CPR/First Aid, and an electrician certificate or trainee status. You’ll install, test, and maintain security systems while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CPR/First Aid card required.
• Valid electrician certificate or trainee card required.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Strong communication with customers required.
• Ability to schedule appointments and understand code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite with service/training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to confirm client readiness for inspection.
