Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to install, repair, test, and maintain security projects across sites. You will represent Evergreen to customers onsite, provide top-notch service and training, and ensure compliance with regulations.

A driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and an electrician credential are required. The role demands extensive travel, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to travel extensively.
• Valid CPR/First Aid card.
• Valid electrician license or trainee credential.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication skills to interface with customers.
• Ability to schedule appointments and follow instructions.
• Ability to work autonomously and with others.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of minimum liability insurance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random background, drug, and MVR screenings.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen onsite by providing service and training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection.
