Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in Utah is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to install, test, and maintain fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and related systems for government and commercial clients.

This role requires extensive travel, a valid electrician certificate or trainee card, CPR/First Aid, a high school diploma, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to work autonomously while meeting safety codes and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have basic electrical wiring experience.
• Trade/tech certification or electrician trainee status is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects onsite.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers and provides product training.
• Ensures safety by complying with State and Federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure client readiness for inspections.
