Qualifications

• 5+ years in self-perform construction with 3+ years in a Superintendent role.
• Knowledge of state license requirements for journeyman to apprentice ratios.
• 3+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong leadership, safety focus and mentorship.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical scope of a project as the Superintendent, overseeing productivity, safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with field engineering and craft to ensure compliance and address engineering challenges with PM/CM and technical team.
• Interface with other superintendents, subcontractors, outside inspection companies, the client, and staff to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Assist in schedule planning, determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure project rules, safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards are followed as per policies.
• Establish budgetary guidelines for the job and provide job safety training.
• Establish quality standards and manage job schedules, coordinating with contractors and deliveries.
