Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinate with Project Managers, manage resources, and ensure quality, production, and safety of electrical installations across multiple sites. The role requires strong NEC knowledge, safety focus, and leadership in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of combined electrical construction and supervisory experience required.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour training preferred.
• Strong understanding of the electrical construction industry.
• Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and specs to determine scope, locations, quantities and materials.
• Coordinate scheduling with departments and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify tools required and own hand tools.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with NEC and state amendments.
• Assemble and install electrical equipment and supervise installation.
• Test components for proper voltage readings and continuity.
• Manage material takeoffs, orders, storage, and inventory daily.
• Provide on-site direction and leadership to workers.
