Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Field Leader to guide on-site electrical and automation teams across varied job sites in the United States. You will manage crews, coordinate with foremen and clients, and help keep projects on schedule and within safety protocols.

Ideal candidates bring on-site industrial electrical experience, a proven ability to lead a crew, and a valid journeyman license. Expect travel, field work, and opportunities for advancement within a safety-focused organization.

Qualifications

• On-site industrial electrical project experience.
• Experience leading a crew.
• State-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-15 people in field operations, with on-tools work when needed.
• Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
• Uphold safety standards and promote Interstates' safety culture on site.
• Communicate with onsite clients and allied trades to maintain progress.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their potential.
• Understand and implement project plans and layouts for success.
• Maintain overall electrical/construction knowledge across tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
