Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction with leadership exposure.
• Experience on hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical field operations on assigned projects.
• Direct foremen, field engineers, and crafts personnel.
• Develop site logistics, sequencing, and installation strategies.
• Ensure work meets specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, GC, and partners; manage planning and scheduling.
• Drive safety program and incident prevention.
