Job summary

LF Driscoll is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to support data center projects across the Northeast and Midwest. You will lead electrical and fire-system oversight, manage project teams, and ensure high-quality documentation, schedules, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 7–12 years in commercial construction management with a strong electrical background; experience with BIM/Navisworks/Revit is preferred and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy electrical background preferred.
• Experience coming from the sub-contractor world is acceptable.
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/BIM Glue/Revit or equivalent expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, and fire systems throughout construction management.
• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationships with owner/tenants and professionals.
• Ensure timely completion of project documentation and administration.
• Oversee electrical trades and coordination.
• Monitor schedules and spending; prepare status and financial reports.
• Review bids, subcontractor qualifications, and final estimates.
• Prepare and submit change orders for client approval.
• Ensure final payments and invoices are processed.
