Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Design/build experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from initial marketing through closeout and follow-up.
• Lead project planning, execution, cost tracking, forecasting and closeout.
• Prepare monthly status updates and percentage-of-completion reports.
• Perform takeoffs and estimates for electrical service, tenant improvement, and light industrial projects.
• Develop profitable opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Control project cost, schedule, quality, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Direct field personnel and project resources; manage contracts and change orders.
