Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large commercial electrical construction projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000. From preconstruction through closeout, you will ensure safety, schedule, budget, and top quality, while building client relationships and coordinating project teams.

The role requires proven leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record managing complex multi-site operations with OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing large electrical projects (>$10,000,000).
• Expertise in contract management and financial forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Local Operations: Oversee multiple concurrent commercial or industrial projects within the Place metropolitan area.
• Traveling Operations: Lead specialized industrial or infrastructure projects in various regions, including housing, travel logistics, and per diem for the project team.
• Foster long-term relationships with local general contractors and developers.
• Manage labor resources and manpower leveling across the local portfolio.
• Navigate regulatory and OSHA requirements specific to high-scale job sites.
