Ideal candidates have a B.S. in a relevant field or equivalent experience, a proven track record managing massive electrical projects, and willingness to travel up to 75% to support diverse state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive history of managing large-scale electrical projects on a national scale.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support project requirements in different states.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid mobilization and strategic execution of remote electrical construction projects across the country.
• Manage complex logistics and labor relations, following Electrical Code requirements and local laws.
• Provide high-level oversight for massive projects ($75,000,000–$200,000,000+).
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Estimating to ensure resource allocation for new markets.
• Maintain executive presence on job sites to drive safety and efficiency.
