Job summary

Smart Resources Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead nationwide electrical construction projects. You will coordinate field work, schedules, budgets, vendors, and customer communications from preconstruction through closeout.

You’ll manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals while traveling to project sites across the country as needed. Strong communication and reading drawings are essential, with opportunities for career development in a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor costs, risks, and project progress; lead project meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance; support material procurement.
• Travel to project sites across the country as needed.
