Power Design, Inc. seeks an electrical foreman to lead on-site teams, ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across projects. You will travel to our training facility in St. Petersburg, FL for customized courses while using iPads and smartphones to drive timely outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years in supervising multimillion-dollar electrical projects and hold an active journeyman or master license, with strong NEC/code knowledge and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least five years managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Use company-provided devices to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the scope.
