Job summary

Power Design seeks an experienced electrical foreman to lead field operations with an emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll leverage iPads and smartphones for efficient project delivery while traveling to our training facility in St.

Petersburg, FL. The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years managing multimillion-dollar electrical projects, and an active journeyman or master electrician license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
