Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a team effectively.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines and local codes.
• Basic skills in reading blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate them to supervision.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install electrical conduit.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of lighting and general power circuits.
