Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
• Must be willing to travel (90% travel) and work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for projects.
• Analyze bid documents and existing site conditions to outline scope of work.
• Manage team of electricians and provide correct materials/equipment.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure the use of required PPE.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.

Skills

Field experience as a commercial electrician

Field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects

Knowledge of electrical installations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Communication skills
