Job summary

Amteck, LLC is seeking a traveling Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. You will train, mentor, and evaluate a team of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians while ensuring work quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience, strong blueprint literacy, and the ability to coordinate field tasks with other trades. Travel, overtime, and field training opportunities are expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability and desire to grow in this area.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Proficient reading and understanding of project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets the highest standards and safety requirements.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures and panels, and lay out work from drawings.
