Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC, a leading environmental services company, seeks an experienced driller for our Peoria, AZ operations. You will operate drilling rigs, maintain logs, and mentor crew members while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves travel up to 80% within the Southwest, with 10 days on and 4 days off schedules, potential weekend travel, and private hotel accommodations with per diem. CDL A and state driller license preferred, background checks required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the drilling industry, with at least 1 year operating a variety of rigs (sonic, rotary, auger).
• Negative drug test required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR.
• interstate DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained.
• Lead a drilling crew and mentor team members.
• Keep up-to-date with MSDS, CEU's and JSA's.
• Review and approve timesheets.
• Complete logs, tailgates, and DVIRs.
• Foster positive relations with team and clients.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
