Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking a drilling operator to operate drill rigs and maintain accurate daily reports. Travel to Northwest states with a typical 10 days on/4 days off schedule; weekends may be required. Strong safety focus and ability to mentor crew are essential.

We offer competitive pay ($22.00–$25.00/hr), paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave, plus per diem and potential overtime. CDL Class A and driller license preferred; pre-employment background check and drug test required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years in drilling with at least 1 year operating various rigs.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR; ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment safety and perform maintenance.
• Lead crew training and safety supervision.
• Complete logs, tailgates, DVIRs.
• Adhere to site health and safety plans.
