Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking a field Driller to operate drilling rigs, keep daily reports, and mentor crew. Travel to southeast projects with occasional nights and weekends, depending on site needs. Strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have CDL Class A, a State Driller License, 3+ years in drilling, and a readiness to work in a physically demanding environment. DOT medical card and IRCA work authorization are required, with per diem and overtime

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years in drilling, with at least 1 year operating a variety of rigs (sonic, rotary, auger).
• Negative drug test required.
• Background check required with case-by-case review of offenses.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory MVR.
• Interstate DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance.
• HazWOPER physical required.
• Legal right to work in the United States (IRCA).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment safety via routine maintenance.
• Lead a drilling crew and mentor team members.
• Maintain knowledge of MSDS, CEU's and JSA's.
• Approve employee timesheets.
• Complete well logs, logbooks, repairs, tailgates, and DVIRs.
• Foster professional relations with team and clients.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
