Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking District Support Pharmacists to cover pharmacy scheduling gaps and support the pharmacy teams across stores in the district. You will travel within a reasonable radius to fill shifts and serve as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed, ensuring safe and compliant patient care.

You will lead immunization efforts, supervise inventory practices, and maintain clinical and technical skills to support the patient care journey while upholding organizational policies

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and oversee pharmacy operations.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment and guide staff on workflow procedures.
